CoreyCo Books is a private, internal bookkeeping tool operated by CoreyCo, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("CoreyCo"). It connects only to CoreyCo's own QuickBooks Online company and is not offered to the public or to any other QuickBooks user.
With the QuickBooks owner's authorization, the app reads and writes CoreyCo's accounting records (accounts, transactions, invoices, payments, journal entries and reports) through the Intuit QuickBooks Online Accounting API. It does not access any other company's data.
Data is used solely to maintain CoreyCo's own books and prepare its tax filings. It is not sold, rented, shared for marketing, or used for advertising.
OAuth credentials are stored in the operator's local macOS Keychain. Data is processed on the operator's own computer and is not stored on third-party servers by the app. Access can be revoked at any time from QuickBooks (Settings → Apps → Disconnect) or the Intuit account.
CoreyCo may share its own financial records with its tax advisers and accountants. Otherwise, information is disclosed only if required by law.
