CoreyCo Books (the "App") is a private bookkeeping tool owned and operated by CoreyCo, LLC ("CoreyCo") for use only with CoreyCo's own QuickBooks Online company.
CoreyCo grants its owner and authorized bookkeepers a non-transferable, revocable license to use the App to maintain CoreyCo's books. The App is not licensed, sold or distributed to any third party.
By connecting the App to QuickBooks Online, the QuickBooks company administrator authorizes it to read and write that company's accounting data through the Intuit API. The connection can be revoked at any time from QuickBooks.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The user is responsible for reviewing all entries it creates.
To the extent permitted by law, CoreyCo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
